Individual client information is kept confidential. The information you provide to Child Care Connection may be used to report statistical information to our funders.

Child Care Connection does not endorse, rate, recommend or evaluate child care resources, programs, or providers and therefore, Child Care Connection does not assume, warrant, or guarantee quality care. Any information about a caregiver/provider has been provided solely by that caregiver/provider.

Fee Policy

Families inquiring about child care resources are provided a list of child care options at no cost to them. Child Care Connection is funded by United Way and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.

Complaint Policy

Child Care Connection values you as our client. If you have a complaint regarding any service provided to you by an employee of Child Care Connection, please contact the Director of Child Care Connection at 800-407-5437.
